Anthony, Jesse will take care of the registration, if that's OK. They want us to fax all the forms together then they will call me for payment on a card. We aren't going to do the registration until Aug 6th after I get a chance to talk to the ITB promoter and find out what kind of deal they are going to give us.

I got an email from the promoter today and it said "We do only have the $5 discount available for a club discount, we are looking to make it more for different levels of participation in the future however! Thanks and we will see you at ITB!!" so I called with the list of questions below.

Additional discounts for registering a large group of cars See above
Additional spectator tickets $20 for two days. Pick up at registration (I tried to get them for free, but he wouldn't do it)
Mention the club/s at the show Yes but we need to provide something to the announcer
Remove the $3 processing fee Yes
Reserved spot/s for us No. Other clubs have asked and they won't do it no matter how many we bring.

The only other club I have heard from was TI (Thanks TI ) So I could only tell them we will have 15 cars registered from AR and 5 from TI. The bottom line is registration cost will be $35 (car, driver and passenger for all weekend) . It is cheaper to partner up with some one and register a car then to pay for a two day spectator ticket.

I'm so bummed I can't go....I'm stuck working sat, and it sucks b/c a lot of our T.I. guys can't make it either....yall have fun, and I will make sure to check out everyones pictures...

The hotel rooms are now book. Unfortunately I was unable to get the additional rooms at the Marriot. The last four rooms are booked at the:

Adams Mark Hotel
254 Executive Drive
Indianapolis, IN

The two hotels are diagonal from each other across an intersection, a very short walking distance and about a 1/8" mile drive. Both hotels have pools and the Adams is a 3 to 3-1/2 star hotel with an outside pool. The Marriot has an indoor pool and is a 3 to 4 star hotel.

The total cost for the four rooms was $607.32 and I collected $648.00 so we have $40.68 towards food.

Don't for get we are going to register everyone that has a form in on the date above at 10:00am. The cost is $35. Please get them to Jesse or me as soon as possible.

so i think that we should meet around 5 and leave by 6... so we can get there earlier

brownies I couldn't throw a darn dodgeball right now if I wanted to, I'm still sore.....yall helped us at nopi to get an award, so that's a good thing to try and help each other...I wish I didn't have to work and wasn't broke :-( or we would be there...have fun guys and drive safely and watch out, those indy cops are allowed to hide and watch 4 speeders

It looks like we have three room spots available for $25.50 per person for two nights and I have one event ticket for $17.50. Chris S. may have one event ticket as well. I called ITB Registration and they will not allow us to transfer Tommy's (SRT) registration so I canceled it, hopefully they will refund my card and I can get his money back. Registration at the show will be $55
