Possible Xenia 1st annual Car, truck, motorcycle show

As many of you know, and some don't, I am the manager of the Xenia Bob Evans. Well I was informed recently that my GM is trying to organize the first ever Xenia Annual Car Show. Ideally I would like AR to be the supporting club. We have a bit of cheddar to throw at advertising, but outside of that, details are still sketchy. The tentative date would be sometime in October, and since Shaun is one of my oldest friends, naturally, I would come to him first. I promise you if this all goes through, it's going to be HUGE. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up, and I want some feedback from you-

Are they going to try an hold it at Bob Evans?

If we can get walmart on board, we would like to use the back of their parking lot. And since it is close to the new Bob's, it would benefit all of us. More details to come soon, I will keep you posted

We have so much going on with the new store opening, it is kinda on the back burner. But I assure you that I am bugging my GM about it constantly. She is still waiting to hear back from the marketing department on how much we can spend on advertising and what not. I will be sure to keep all of you posted. Thanks-
