91mr2turbo, I've been collecting money for the hotel the last two months but now I want to get registration turned in so we can get take advantage of the $25 special. They will not offer that to us forever. Unfortunately the longer people wait the less chance they will have to get a room at the same hotel as the rest of us. I booked a fifth room and it looks like it is taken but that's not official until I have the full $80 of the room cost. If everyone that says their going really goes then we will need an additional 2-3 rooms. I have the rooms reserved on my CC so if I people cancel I at least have the cost covered. If someone would cancel I try to fill their spot because we always have people that want to go at the last minute. If I get the money back, you will get your money back.

I called the hotel today and they only have 6 rooms left for the event so I book two additional rooms. Right now that means I have three that are not paid for. I made sure I can cancel them without being charged.

Well I have my money and can pay sometime this week so just tell me where to go. I think me and brandy will pay for our own room. I have the 105 for the room and my car. But if it comes down to some people needing to share a room we can split it. so just let me know.
