Slamology 2010 Registration and room assignments

I have created this topic so you will be able to easily see the Registration information.

Any thing in green still needs confirmed

Slamology's normal registration is $50. the early registration is $30. AR members will pay $25 but we need to register a minimum of 5. This includes admittance for two people for the entire weekend and show car entry.


If you want to be guaranteed a room you should register and pay for one in your name and/or find people to share one. I will register rooms as I get the total room cost covered. So, if you give me $20.50 for a room that does not guarantee you one. Find three others and you are good. If you wait until the last minute you may not have a room. To make it easier I'm collecting now so you can pay a little bit at a time. I keep good track of it

Here is a ball park estimate of how much I will need to collect.

$20.50 per person per night (based on 4 per room)
$12.50 per person (based on splitting the early registration)

You will be responsible for your own food and drinks.

The room rate is $69.99+tax and other fees per night which works out to be $82.00 per night. Their normal room rate is $129

If you have made arrangements to stay with someone please let me know so I can add you to the list. That way we can make sure everyone that is going will have a place to stay.

Guys if you have a room and are willing to add more people please let me know or post it here. I have several people wanting to go but as you know all the rooms are taken. Some of them only want to stay just Saturday night. We have slept six in a room and could probably get seven or eight if it was really necessary. We really only need the rooms for sleeping which for most of you won't be to many hours anyway. Those who are needing rooms will need to bring their own bedding. If someone is desperate the could bring an air mattress and sleep in the back of my truck but they will need to scrub it out before we leave.

I will be submitting the $25 show registration at 10am Monday June 7th. If I do not have your $ to me by then you will have to take care of it yourself and it will cost you at least $30 and as much as $50 depending how long you wait. If I have your money and your name is not shown above then please let me know.

I would love to go but because of Life and school I honestly don't have time anymore. I think Zac will be buying my Tercel soon to keep in the club. Have fun Guys!

I have completed the registration for all those shown above in red. The special $25 ARCC discount is now over. If you did not get me your money and still wish to register you can do it at the registration site. The normal $30 early registration will end in the next couple of days. After that it is $50.
