| Ok sence I had 4 cars I had a hard Time keeping up on all of them wile trying to upgrade stuff. So I sold the lancer and the eclipse will be gone in a week I hope leaving me my 2 mr2's.
Untill I get a good bit of things done to both I'm going to continue to work 2 jobs(and doing college) so time is hard to find. Sorry if I miss a lot of stuff during the week days.
Ok sence last season I have done a few things to both cars and about to buy a bunch of stuff for the turbo mr2 now that the lancer is gone.
91 mr2 turbo - new wires(sti performance) cap, rotor, plugs(one step colder to help prevent detonation) - high and tight sway bar end links or front and rear(mine were clicking like crazy) -just ordered full polyurethane bushings kit -fuel filter -water temp sensor -knock sensor -urithane motor mount inserts $$stuff I'm ordering soon$$ -fuel pressure regulator -safc -ether a ct-20b or a ct-27 turbo(will install my tubular Mani with new turbo) -Greddy timing belt -fuel& oil gauges mounted on A pillar -solid brass shifter cable bushings(tightin up andmake shifting smooth) -brass shifter base bushings(smoother shifting)
by late June or July I plan on hitting the track after I have installed all this and it's been tuned. I hope to hit mid to high 12's. I have seen mr2's with less mods run 12.9s so I don't think it's a far stretch if I can get a good launch.
85 mr2 -all new gaskits & belts -rebulit head with full valve job -new intake set up -polished aluminum valley cover and bolts -painted valve cover -had all the rust in the floor boards cut out and new metal welded in, then undercoated. (it's an 85 so the rust was way worse than I thought but all gone now)
at the moment I don't have a lot of plans for this car cuz my taxes were screwed up and I ended up paying a good bit of money.
But for sure I'm buying -replacement kyb rear strut inserts(mine are all jacked up) -install my right rear weel bearing(makes a pretty anoying clicking)
I got a good bit of stuff to do still but I should be able to get it all done by end of summer.
Well I hope to see u guys tomorrow at ether the green or the cruse in rob told me about in xenia. -

| I hope so, I'm undecided if I want to rebuild the engine or just use it as it is. I would feel better knowing I had a fresh engine over not knowing the exact miles and history. | |

| Lol yeah been really busy. Been working almost 70 hours a week with school so I can afford to buy stuff for my mr2's. Havnt been doing anything but work, sleep and school. On weekend is the only time I have to work on my cars and I have a lot of new parts I'm trying to install. During the week the only free day I have is Friday night. But I will be quitting Fedex in July or early aug. After I get all the parts I want. So after that I will have plenty of free time to do whatever again and will most likely be at every cruse in/car show/kil kare again like I did last year.
Gotta work hard to get what u want lol

| stock end links. These were clicking really bad and anoying the piss out if me sooooo all new end links, way bigger than stock decided to check on my turbo, I think my shaft play is a bit much so it's ether rebuild time or new turbo. Yea! Also found a lot of oil in the intake pipe before the turbo and on the compressor wheel, turns out the stock crank case venting into the intake=oil crap all over turbo and intercooler pipes. I vented the crank case with a filter for now till I can buy a oil catch can. Rust!!!!! Fixed over winter also pics of the horrible rust damage on the floor pannels of the blue mr2. There was a rust valley going the whole length of the floor pan on each side of the support beam. This pic is just te passenger side being fixed, the drivers side was really bad too. driver side rust more driver side rust spots. Turns out it was way worse than way you could see, once the rust started to be removed a lot more was found. Fishers brother did all the work on te floor boards then under coated both top and bottom of the floor pans. | |

| sweet I'm looking to get around 350 RWHP but it's gonna take upgrading to 550cc injectors, new fuel pump, cams, and cam gears. Then I would need to have my rom tune redone by ats racing. It's pretty cheep for a retune, all I haft to do is tell them what mods I have and how much psi I want on pimp and race gas. just got my shop manual in for my car, these are so rare and hard to find. I just so happened to come across one on my form. | |

| Yeah now that I have this rom tuned ecu I can have it reprogramed once I get more mods. To reach my goal I need -ct27 turbo(modified ct26 w/tdo4 compressor wheel) -550cc injectors -new fuel pump -264 cams -adjustable cam gears
Mr2's on my form run low 12's and some run high 11's with this set up.
Next month before slamology I should have at least my new turbo I hope. So it should be pretty quick.
